SSSIHL 2020 PG Syllabus

SSSIHL 2020 Exam Pattern
The SSSIHL is a Paper-based exam. The question will be asked in multiple-choice types. There will be negative marking for all the wrong answers. According to the combination of subjects, candidates will write the exam. The test will be conducted in the OMR sheet. The candidates need to shade their answers in the Optical Mark Recognition sheet. Negative mark is awarded, usually 25% of the total marks allotted for the particular question.
For B.A, B.Sc, B.Sc (Hons) and B.Com (Hons)
- All candidates who are attending the admission test need to attend General English question paper.
- Then they should take the three subject combination papers chosen.
- The General English the candidate needs to answer 40 multiple choice questions and one essay.
- In Subject combination paper, each subject will have 40 multiple choice questions with a duration of 3 hours.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
In this exam, the candidate needs to answer 3 topics namely Verbal, Numerical and Reasoning skills. Each topic has 40 multiple-choice questions. So a total of 120 questions and in addition, one essay test. The time duration for this exam is around 2 hours and 40 minutes.
B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science
The candidate opting for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science has to answer Verbal skill question 40, Mathematical skills questions 60 and Quantitative Aptitude 60 questions. So a total of 160 with a short essay test.
For PG courses
The Admission test conducted for all PG courses was held for 75 marks with a time duration of 2 hours. Exception, Only for General English, which is common to all PG applicants, this test also has a question for 75 marks but the time duration will be 1½ hours.
