Eligibility Criteria for NCHMCT JEE 2020

Students must have to fulfill the below mentioned eligible aspects for appearing the entrance examination of NCHM JEE 2020.

Age Limit:

  • The upper age limit is 25 years for the candidates in the categories of General and Other Backward Classes (OBC).
  • For the candidates in the categories of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) the upper age limit is 28 years.
  • The upper age limit for the physically challenged candidates will be computed as per the categories from his/her belongs to General/SC/ST/OBC.

Physical Fitness:

Candidates should have to submit the physical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner at the time of admission for attending the practical classes in the respective course.

Educational Qualification

  • Students must have passed the qualifying examination pattern of 10+2 with English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) to applying the NCHMCT JEE 2020.
  • Candidates who are appearing in 10+2 or its equivalent examination can also apply to the NCHMCT JEE 2020 in the basis of provisional.

Note: Provisional admission will be cancelled if the candidates who have do not submit the proof of the passed qualifying examination at the time of counselling.

Educational Qualification for Indian Nationals

  • Students can be eligible for apply NCHMCT JEE 2020 who have passed the examination in the level of 10+2 in Senior Secondary Education from a recognized State Board/Central Board of Secondary Education.
  • Candidates who have qualified Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination which is conducted by a recognized Board/University also eligible to take the test of NCHM JEE 2020.

Necessary Documents for filling Application Form

Students should keep the original documents in their hands during filling the online application form. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. More than one application forms submitted by a candidate will be rejected.

Step 1: Registration

Registration is the essential one before starting to apply the application form. In Registration stage, applicants must provide the basic details such as the full name, email id, mobile number for registering purpose. After submitting the valid details, the application number and password will send to the registered email address and mobile number. This log in credential will useful for complete the remaining part of the application process.

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

Candidates should log in with valid application number has generated at the time of registration. In this stage, applicants should fill their personal details such as their name, mother and father name, gender, DOB, Category, and also have to fill the educational details like qualifying examination. All the details are should be verified by the candidate before submitting the entered details. If once submitted, it cannot be changed in the application forms. So, candidates are advised to fill carefully with valid details during filling the application form.

Step 3: Upload the Necessary Documents

After filling the personal and education details in the application form, candidates should have to upload their images of photograph and signature. The candidate’s photograph and signature should be scanned in the format of JPG/JPEG. The photograph should be colored or black/white (clear contrast).

  • The size of the scanned candidate’s photograph should be between 10kb to 200kb.
  • The size of the scanned candidate’s signature should be between 4kb to 30kb.

Note: Candidates are advised to upload the correct images of photograph and signature as the facility for correction in images will not be given.

Step 4: Pay the Application Fees

Mode of Fees Payment:

There are two ways to pay the application fees of NCHMCT JEE 2020.

  • Online Mode – Credit/Debit/Net Banking
  • Offline Mode – e-Challan at Syndicate Bank

Candidates are confirmed only after the successfully paid the application fees in the online or offline mode. Students can choose any one of the listed payment gateways as listed on the screen and pay the application fees as per their category wise.

Step 5: Print Confirmation Page

Students should print the confirmation page once the payment has successfully paid. Applicants are considered for participate in the NCHM JEE examination that only candidates who have received the confirmation page after payment of fees. Students can check their confirmation of payment transaction at NTA NCHMCT JEE 2020 official website. In case the confirmation page is not generated after payment of application fees then the transaction is cancelled, and the amount will be refunded within 15 days to the concerned candidate’s account.

Marking Scheme of NCHMCT JEE 2020

National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination has totally 200 questions in the test pattern. All the questions will be asked in the format of Multiple Choice Questions.

NCHMCT JEE 2020 Admit Card

National Testing Agency will be uploaded NCHM JEE 2020 admit card on the NTA NCHMCT JEE 2020 official page. All the exam applied candidates can download it from the NTA official page by the valid login details.
