IGNOU OPENMAT XLVII 2020: National Testing Agency has been announced the IGNOU Admission 2020 for OPENMAT XLVII (MBA programs). Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is conducted the IGNOU MBA OPENMAT 2020 entrance examination for the qualifying candidates. Educational Qualifications

  • Candidates should secure any graduate (including Chartered Account/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship) with 50% marks for the general category for reserved category as per the Govt of India rules.
  • Students should ensure that his/her Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) should meet the required eligibility percentage.
  • Candidates who have enrolled directly for Post Graduate Diploma Specialization can subsequently enroll for Management program after cleared the OPENMAT entrance examination.

Reservation

Indira Gandhi National Open University provides the reservation of seats for the candidate’s category wise as per the Government of India rules. The reservation seats are applicable for Scheduled Castes, Schedules Tribes, Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer), War Widows, Kashmiri Migrants and Physically Handicapped Learners for admission into various programmes.

Candidates should ensure the eligibility criteria for applying the application form for IGNOU OPENMAT 2020. Commonly the application process has five steps to complete the entire sections of its. All these sections are mentioned below as follows.

Necessary Documents for filling Application Form

Students should keep the original documents in their hands during filling the online application form. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. More than one application forms submitted by a candidate will be rejected.

Procedure for Filling Application Form

Step 1: Registration

Candidates should visit the official page of NTA OPENMAT XLVII 2020. In Registration stage, applicants should provide the basic details such as the full name, date of birth, mother and father name, and valid email id, mobile number as mentioned in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate. After submitting the valid details, the application number will send to the registered email address and mobile number. This log in credential will useful for complete the remaining part of the application process.

Note: Only one email address and one mobile number are valid for one application

Step 2: Filling the Application Form

Candidates should log in with valid application number has generated at the time of registration stage. In this stage, applicants should fill their details such as their Category, and also have to fill the educational details like qualifying degree certificates and mark sheets. Applicants should need to select any four cities of their choice of examination centre of OPENMAT 2020. All the details are should be verified by the candidate before submitting the entered details. So, candidates are advised to fill carefully with valid details during filling the application form of OPENMAT XLVII 2020.

Note: If once submitted the Application form, under no circumstances the choice of cities for the examination centre filled in the application form shall be changed by the NTA.

Step 3: Uploading Photograph and Signature

After filling the personal and education details in the application form, candidates should have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature. The candidate’s photograph and signature should be scanned in the format of JPG/JPEG. The photograph should not be with cap or goggles. The photograph should be colored or black/white (clear contrast). Applicants should put his signature on a white paper by a black ink pen for uploading.

  • The size of the scanned candidate’s photograph must be between 10kb to 200kb.
  • The size of the scanned candidate’s signature should be between 4kb to 30kb.

Note: Candidate’s photograph is to be used for uploading on the application form and also for pasting on the Attendance Sheet at the exam centre. Candidate must check and ensure that the uploaded images are clear and proper.

Step 4: Pay the Application Fees

Mode of Payment – Application fees may be submitted through any of the following modes using payment gateway of concerned banks.

  • Net Banking
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • UPI

After verifying and submit the personal and educational details, students have to pay the examination fees. The application should be paid by the candidates as per their category wise. Students who have successfully paid the application fees only will be considered to take the entrance test of OPENMAT. Application fees should be paid in the online mode such as the Credit/Debit/Net banking.

Note: Application fees shall not be refunded at under any circumstances if the application is rejected or the candidate is found to be ineligible or candidate is unable to appear in the examination.

Step 5: Print Confirmation Page

Students should print the confirmation page once the payment has successfully paid. Applicants are considered for participation in the OPENMAT XLVII examination that only candidates who have received the confirmation page after payment of fees. Students can check their confirmation of payment transaction at NTA OPENMAT 2020 official website. In case the confirmation page is not generated after payment of application fees then the transaction is canceled, and the amount will be refunded within 15 days of the last date of submission of the application form to the concerned candidate’s account.

OPENMAT XLVII 2020 Admit Card

Admit Card will be provided to the candidates who have successfully submitted the online application form. Applicants have to download the admit card from the NTA official website. IGNOU OPENMAT 2020 Counselling

Indira Gandhi National University will organize the counselling for the qualified candidates at the IGNOU regional centers.
