SAT
SAT is a paper-based standardized test widely used in college admission in united states. This was introduced in 1926. The duration of SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) is 3 to 4 hours. This test is widely used for college admissions in the United states. It was originally called as Scholastic Aptitude Test and it was latterly called as scholastic assessment test, then as SAT I: Reasoning test, then SAT Reasoning Test and now it is simply known as SAT. MCAT
MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) is a computer-based standardized examination which was started in 1928. This exam is conducted for prospective medical students in United States, Australia. Since 2007, all administrations of the exam have been computer based. In April 2015, the latest version of this exam has been introduced.
LSAT
LSAT (Law School Admission Test) is a standardized test which was started in 1948. The duration of Law School Admission Test is 3 hours and 30 minutes. 35 minutes for each of the 6 sections. Graduate management admission test (GMAT) is a computer based standardized test. This test was started in 1953. The duration of GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is 3.5 hours. GMAT provides various verbal, reading, quantitative, writing, certain analytical skills in written English for use in graduate management programs such as MBA (Master of Business Administration). GRE
Graduate Record Examination (GRE) is a standardized test which provides admissions in graduate schools in the United States. Graduate Record Examination was started in 1949. The duration for GRE is about 3 hours and 45 minutes which includes 1-minute break after each section and 10-minute break after the third section. IELTS
IELTS (International English Language Testing System is an English proficiency standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers.
