CCMN Counselling 2020: CCMN counselling is conducted for providing admission into M.Sc and M.Sc (Tech) courses. Students who have qualified in the entrance test of JAM 2020 can participate in the Centralized Counselling / CCMN Admission which is conducted to fill the vacant seats at the National Institute of Technology & Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). Students who have appeared in the IIT JAM 2020 entrance examination with valid score can use this opportunity to get the admission at the various NITs & CFTIs. After the announcement of the IIT JAM 2020 Result, the counselling will be conducted for the courses of M.Sc and M.Sc (Tech) through the admission process of CCMN Admission 2020. Eligible candidates should register themselves to participate in the admission process.

CCMN Counselling

Centralized Counselling for NITs & CFTIs

The counselling process will be conducted only for the shortlisted candidates on the basis of IIT JAM 2020 entrance test. The counselling shall comprise the below-mentioned stages,

  • Online Registration
  • Choice Filling
  • Locking the Choices
  • Seat Allotment
  • Pay the Applicable Fees
  • Report to the Allotted Institution

Students should need first to register themselves in the mode of online for the admission process which is conducted by the CCMN. Aspirants may pay the registration fees of Rs. 2000/- in the mode of online through ICICI bank or NEFT transaction. Candidates should check the counselling schedule and other details about the counselling process on the official page of CCMN. After that, they have to upload the necessary documents while registering for the CCMN Admission Process.

Aspirants should participate in the rounds of counselling as per the schedule. Students must pay the counselling participation fees of Rs. 10000/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 7500/- for SC/ST candidates. At the time of counselling, candidates can choose the courses and institutes according to their score-wise. At last, the seat will be allocated to the deserved students based on the course selection.

Seat Allotment & Admission Process

Finally, the provisional admission letter will be generated only for the candidates who have participated and paid the applicable fees for the concerned course. No candidate can’t participate in the counselling process without paying the applicable fees. However, candidates should need to pay the counselling confirmation fees of Rs. 5000/- and also report the allotted institution within the stipulated time period for confirming the seat availability.
