About the Board

The Government of Maharashtra has established “ADMISSIONS REGULATING AUTHORITY AND STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST CELL” as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions & Fees) Act. 2015 (Mah. Act No. XXVIII of 2015)The Commissioner of State CET Cell is Competent Authority for conducting CETs.In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015), the Government of Maharashtra has notified the rules to regulate the admissions to the First and Direct Second Year of Full Time Professional Undergraduate Technical Courses (Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Pharm D., Architecture, Hotel Management and Catering Technology). The admissions shall be carried out as per these Rules and its amendment from time to time.

Eligibility criteria for MH CET Law Entrance Exam 2020

All Candidates in India can apply and candidates from Foreign, NRI, OCI, PIO can also apply. The 10th, 12th, Graduate and Post Graduate from any discipline can apply.

MH CET Law Entrance Exam 2020 Important Instructions for the Candidates

Candidates must bring the MH CET Admit Card for the Examination Centre.

Those who are Without their admit card are not permitted inside the examination hall.

Candidates are strictly advised not to bring any unauthorized materials.

Candidates must observe silence inside the exam hall during exam.

If any candidate found to be Malpractice will be not allowed to continue writing exam, further actions will be taken by the MH CET Law Entrance Exam Board.

Selection Procedure for MH CET Law Entrance Exam 2020

The Maharashtra  Common Entrance Exam process takes two stages such as Written exam, Interview. The candidates have to undergo these two process to get admission in the Maharashtra  Common Entrance Test. The successful candidates who cleared both this process will undergo Document verification and Certificate verification process. The candidates final merit list will be released by the  MH CET Law after the above mentioned process. the candidates then check their name in the merit list and have to follow the instructions directed by the MH CET Exam Board.
